Hope 🌟

In the heart of Dubai, a story unfolded that touched many. Gemma Mascarenhas, the visionary behind Grubshack, poured her heart and soul into creating a slice of Goa in the desert. For nearly a decade, her restaurant was more than just a place to eat; it was a home away from home for many.

But every dream has its challenges. The pandemic hit hard, and a misguided business deal sealed the fate of Grubshack, forcing its closure on June 30. The stress was too much for Gemma, who suffered a heart attack shortly after.

Yet, in the face of adversity, hope shines through. Her daughter, Marushka, is determined to bring back Grubshack. She’s calling on the community to support her in this endeavor, to help turn this tragedy into a triumph.

Let’s rally behind Marushka and keep the spirit of Grubshack alive. Share this post, save it, and let’s show that Dubai stands together in times of need.

💬 *Save this post and share with your Dubai fam—let’s make Grubshack rise again!*

💔 One last week to taste the love. Grubshack is closing, but the memories will live on.

The kitchen lights will dim, but the stories and love stay bright. One last week with Mama Gemma at Grubshack.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
