Last two months have been a whole new chapter in my Jiu Jitsu Journey. Evolved into a completely new mindset as I train for ADCC India! Coach @calmeida_bjjmma has been so patient and supportive throughout the journey. Having @olympianscombat @romeo__drozario in my corner is more than a blessing. We’ve locked in have you? #roadtoadcc #olympianscombatacademy #adccindia by @grunja_
3 months living in Goa and how 🌸 Some days I question everything and some days answers just come to me. That is the beauty of living here. Haven’t had this unhurried progress in years, somehow I am doing so much and still have so much time on my hands. If I had to appreciate I wouldn’t even know where to start, the beaches? The people? The slow pace? Or me? I just love to deny the fact that I make myself happy when infact it is me who made this reality. Cheers to Goa and to the very capable me 🥊 by @grunja_
They had no idea what I was recording this for. Nevertheless this is for all the kicks and punches y’all land on me to inflate your ego. 🤓 #goasparringclub #fightclub #sparring #muaythai #mma by @grunja_
Sound On for some weightloss convo Its been years that I haven’t been comfortable in my skin. Always feeling like I am overweight and ugly. So many times the thought of not being good enough has crossed my mind. Turns out I was always perfect, it doesn’t matter what your weight is. I hated myself and ended up treating myself so badly. There was so much resentment towards myself that I would starve and then hate myself for binge eating. This video is for those going through the same, I want to remind you just treat yourself well. Do not give in to the societal standards or the victorean secrets that they try to sell you. Workout cause it makes you feel good and eat what fuels your body and soul. Give yourself the love that you deserve. ❤️ by @grunja_

Sounds of my life ☠️ by @grunja_
Lately I have been on a tree climbing expedition, climbing anything and everything that I see. Just the feeling of being able to climb with more and more ease each and every day had been more than healing. As a kid I was always teased and called fat or not for sports. Even now sometimes the people that I trust the most seem to plant seeds of doubts in my mind. This has been making me realise how much I need to trust my own instincts. Not afraid to fall, not afraid to climb. I fell off this tree off camera once but I made it to the top. Such is life. Here @synthesisoflife learning and growing everyday 😇 #healing #meditation #primalinstinct #growth by @grunja_

My entry for #thrashandtap by @halfsumo_collective and @megadeth 🔥🔥 Stronger every day with @westbay_bjj 🫡 In frame - @santoosshh_ @imperiash @thegodspeed_juggernaut by @grunja_
Today I am posting this because I need to give due credit to coach @carlspies1010 and @westbay_bjj for changing my life. The weak, overweight and dumb kid that I was is more than proud of what I am now. Ever since starting BJJ, I fear nothing. Fear is just a mind killer. The people at westbay are more than family to me and we help each other train to become better versions of ourselves every day. This post was long coming. I was ashamed of myself for not getting gold. I thought I absolutely deserved gold, I trained hard for it and that I let my coach and teammates all down by not achieving that dream. I cried at the arena and I cried for days after that. But having their support is what helped me continue and look forward to as many comps as I can do before this life ends. If anyone deserved the gold more than me it was my opponent for in that moment when it mattered the most she was the better one. I got into my head. The key take-way from all this is that I need to appreciate my efforts. I am still proud of what I achieved and it has only made me stronger. So keep rolling till the belt turns black! 🤓 by @grunja_
