Just a couple of weeks later, I was hired for another experience design project at @sat_montreal. This time, up in the iconic 360° dome! For Tourisme Abitibi-Témiscamingue’s new brand launch, I brought the small pleasures of the region to life inside the dome. From a central fire pit to a camping area and outdoor kitchen, we created a little escape into nature. Complete with a custom forest scent they had made, diffusing through the space as you entered. The experience was really quite a wonder to find in the heart of downtown Montreal. My personal favourite was the central fire pit, surrounded by green velvet couches. I even brought out the marshmallows for that full experience! Event for: Tourisme Abitibi-Témiscamingue Location: @sat_montreal Event design & scenography: @gscenography by @gscenography
I’ve been looking through photos from this past year, and I wanted to share a glimpse of some of the installations I’ve had the pleasure of creating. From creating custom decor, to finding new ways to weave familiar pieces into new worlds, being a scenographer truly is quite the career. These pictures are from the event Women of the Industry at SAT, an event brought to life by an incrieble crew of women. I've had the honour of working with them for the past 3 years, creating intentional atmospheres for an all-night event on international Women’s day, that celebrates female artists of all kinds, sparks meaningful conversations, expands our awareness, and encourages collaboration. Swipe through to see me doing a fancy lil magic trick 🪄 Event: @womenoftheindustry Produced by: @zaazaaa @peachclubbarbie @gomar_babe Location: @sat_montreal Event design / scenography : @gscenography by @gscenography
From sketch to stage This one came fast Built before I had much time to ponder and wonder or change. Built by our hands before our very eyes and within no time it was alive. Big art has always been my dream Yet it still blows me away I stayed on the dancefloor for days in pure awe of it all. Watching as the space continued to come alive in each new moment. Laguna stage was born from the true fertile swamp of the forest. All elements united towards this ultimate manifestation. I dreamed of an old swamp house. Floating and ancient, alive in each of its angles. Simple and pure yet textured and engaging. And alive it became, with each new artist blasting their vibrations like the cicadas, frogs, crickets and birds of the swamp. Swipe through for some of my favourite moments over the weekend. Honestly… seeing Laguna come to life was something special. The stage design, the visuals, the lasers cutting through the forest, and that heavy bass filling the air..every detail came together to create a unique atmosphere. Were you wondering who came up with the world of our scenes? From vision to design, it was probably our art director/stage magician @gscenography who created what you see here, alongside her dear teammate @alexandermines and, of course, the entire production team 💪 This weekend, keep your eyes sharp, notice the details, and be amazed by the contrasts, textures, and shimmering lights. This world was created for you (and us) with love <3 📷 Photos from last year 2- Main Stage @didi.pokes 3- Conference Stage @danylobobyk 4- Movement Stage @claudiaritchi by @gscenography

From a dreamy sunset sky scape to a red warm lounge and into a lush jungle dj booth. Another beautiful event completed. And the first of many outdoor festivals and events this summer. Of everything I created for this project it felt really good to paint this arch. I’ve been so obsessed with natural wood grain these past years It feels like ages since a I added colour. I’m really thrilled with how the arch’s sunset gradient came together and I’m looking forward to exploring more painting in my projects over the coming months. Truly grateful for the work I get to do, dreaming ever bigger into the possibilities of creating BIG Art! Merci à tout l’équipe de @stebuc_ c’était une plaisir de contribuer à l’événement cette année ✨ by @gscenography
Give me two days alone in a workshop & I’ll push my limits and build something I’ve never built before. Installing tomorrow 🌅 See you at @stebuc_ this weekend Sherbrooke by @gscenography
Plus d’artistes, ateliers, installations et d'autres surprises s’en viennent bientôt 🐢 The Turtles are slowly waking back up 🌿 Big love to everyone who already grabbed their tickets for this year’s edition. The energy is already starting to build and we’re in preparations for September. A small reminder that the current ticket price will stay up for one more month before the next tier begins. More artists, workshops, installations and surprises coming soon 🐢 by @gscenography
The last post reminded me that I had these behind the scenes videos from the installation days last year. Beautiful September days on the land weaving art into experience for @dansedelatortue Without a Marie-Anne, none of this would have been the same. 🤍 her detailed eye, epic work ethic and ladder agility make everything come together with ease and laughter. Swipe to last video for a view into the lush little artists backstage zone. by @gscenography
