S/O to my amazing customer @amazinstylezz_dabraider ! 100 pounds down! She’s detoxed with the bitters several times and even took on the duck flower which is the most powerful detox, she listened when i told her one meal a day and fruit only until noon and exercise. She’s even been able to leave some of her childhood trauma behind . Healthy body, health mind, healthy mind, healthy body. You go girl ❤️🤏🏾 by @gspotdc

It’s about that time yall! They call it “Flu Season” but it’s really sugar season! Thanksgiving, Christmas, NYE, Valentines Day. The sugar is the culprit! Sugar to include rice, pasta, bread , cereal, juice, processed food is the reason for the season. Yeast infections and BV too. Your partners penis will also make the vagina unhappy. If he has a diet filled with alcohol, processed food, excessive sugar, salt and dead animals , you’ll find yourself in bacteria overload. Grab your partner and let’s cleanse the colon! Who wants to FALL into health with me? Happy Healing ❤️‍🩹✌🏾 by @gspotdc
