This clip is the mood board. The real dream is a Singapore Spaceport that is boring in the best way: regulated, precise, exportable, and close enough that school groups can watch a launch window the way we watch the F1 lights go out.
Happy to take the joke about launching from the Sands. The serious version is: we should own a piece of the orbital supply chain, not just the postcard.

Strategic Technology Transfer Integrity Loop .
It consists of six steps:
Assess multi-role risk
Diagnose with a clear checklist
Design isolation tests
Execute restriction drills (limiting access to critical IP and materials for 18–36 months)
Validate and measure retained capability
Classify outcome (residual competence vs genuine optionality) and feed back into policy
Genuine optionality is achieved when performance metrics continue to rise even after full partner support is cut. The partner remains valued, but is no longer the only path.
It helps convert technology partnerships into true capability transfer while preserving strategic choice. @ A short explanatory video that illustrates the concept using the Megapack / Megablock example has been prepared and can be viewed here:

I hope this framework can be considered by the relevant agencies as a practical tool for evaluating and strengthening technology transfer outcomes in critical sectors.
