Turning a router on for the first time can be intimidating—but with the right instruction, it quickly becomes one of the most useful tools in the shop.This was my student's very first time using a router, and he did an awesome job! 👏🪵Every expert started as a beginner. I love my track saw... but if I could change one thing, I'd make it corded. ⚡🪚Don't get me wrong—the cordless convenience is amazing. A client stopped by to have a door trimmed and then proceeded to tell me he's got lots of s***** little jobs for me.I laughed and said..."Bring 'em on... Exotic hardwoods don't mess around. 🌳💪Today we're resawing padauk and purpleheart—two incredibly dense woods that can absolutely destroy a bandsaw blade if you let them do all the work.Instead, we remove most of the waste on the table saw first, leaving a small tab.
