Picked up my mini hoops from @misshoopsalot and wanted to post the first thing I recorded. I’m making a challenge for myself and anyone else who wants to join. POST THE FIRST VIDEO you record during a flow sesh. Raw, real, and unedited. We live in such a toxic world where we compare ourselves to others far too much. He’s baaaaack! We are so thrilled to have @guapoh13 teaching at our new retreat location 🫶🏼✨

Bio: Brandin AKA Guapoh is a Detroit based flow artist and international instructor who has been practicing and teaching for 11 years within the hula hoop community. Brandin’s style is not only technically flawless it also is filled with musicality and fluidity that will leave you wanting more. The goal of his classes are for everyone to feel included and challenged at the same time while feeling safe enough to learn and explore in a vulnerable environment. The teaching doesn’t stop at the end of the workshop, he is always happy to go above and beyond to help attendees learn in between classes during Oasis. His infectious energy carries throughout the retreat and builds confidence in everyone beyond leaving the retreat space. Teaching his dynamic moves, everyone is sure to walk away with something new after a class with Guapoh!
