🦋YOUTH SHOE EXCHANGE🦋 Did you know that we have a Youth Shoe Exchange?! Kids' feet tend to grow pretty fast, and spending money on a new pair every few months simply isn’t feasible for some. How it works: 🔸Bring climbing shoes sizes up to Women's 9/Men's 10 🔸Make sure they are free of holes, tears, stains, and they're overall in good shape 🔸Leave a pair, take a pair ❓You don't have a pair of shoes to contribute? You can pay $10 to participate in the program ❓There's no shoes for you to take at the moment? You can enter your shoes into the bin and come back later to check for shoes that fit Have more questions? Visit our front desk to learn more 😁 by @guelphgrotto

Rise Above Adaptive Climbing is expanding to Guelph! Our first official climb for RAAC Guelph will be at Guelph Grotto on Friday November 6 from 6PM - 8PM. We're looking for new climbers, experienced climbers, volunteers, or anyone who just wants to meet other cool humans and come see what adaptive climbing is all about! When we say no experience necessary, we mean it. Seriously just come and try it even if you don't know the first thing about climbing. We'll figure it out together! We are so excited to continue to expand this amazing community and we are beyond grateful to @guelphgrotto for hosting, supporting, and for their general level of stoke. The cost is $20 or pay what you can. Support persons who aren't climbing can attend for free, but we'll still getcha to sign a waiver. Registration link is in bio. If you have any questions, send us a message or email alicia.newell@gmail.com. Adaptive Climbing Night at Guelph Grotto. $20 or pay what you can. Friday November 6 from 6PM to 8PM.
