Guest Check x Sincerely, Tommy coming at you next Saturday, January 11th, 11 AM to 1 PM, or until sold out. Next weekend’s menu will include cashew and lime tartlets topped with olive oil buttercream and sesame caramel tuile, slices of chocolate espresso cake filled with passionfruit curd, kolaches filled with fig jam and bay leaf crème pâtissière, and buttery shortbread spotted with pistachio, fennel seed, and white chocolate. We’re celebrating one whole year of Guest Check in Brooklyn with four seasonal pastries accompanied by special beer pairings. Bring a friend, have a cookie, chug a beer. what a turnout for @guestcheckbk x @kaylajustbakes today at @littleprimabrooklyn! lemon poppy cake with creme fraiche whip, meyer lemon curd, and poached forced rhubarb, BEC kolache, cinnamon sugar biscuit, potato leek and chevre tart with a rye and spelt crust, and brioche bun filled with passionfruit curd and coconut whipped cream. quite the menu. thanks for another sellout! by @guestcheckbk
