So proud of Lux for his first recognized training! Great moments in all 3 phases with plenty of homework to do! I’m so proud of his listening skills this week and how confident he became. Still plenty of room to improve but I couldn’t be more excited for the good and the bad! I love my baby bean❤️❤️ #luxembourgrdf by @guidry_eventing

So proud of Lux for trying his hardest this past weekend at his first training! Left with plenty of homework in all 3 phases but he felt so grown and capable. I’m excited to put the work in for his first recognized training in November! It feels good to be back at this level and rewarding to be behind Lux’s ears this time! I couldn’t be any happier with Lux this past weekend @ bouckaert! We lead the open novice division wire to wire finishing on our dressage score of a 24.4🥇 The confidence and bravery he had this weekend was amazing. He felt so relaxed and trustworthy. I’m sad I couldn’t stay for the second weekend but I am so excited for our fall plans and I can’t wait to continue improving! Lux was absolutely phenomenal this past weekend at the Holly Hill schooling show . He started with a nice relaxed test of choice, scoring a 27.1 for his first training test. He then went in to finish on his dressage score in the open novice HT to earn 2nd! This whole weekend was a win in my books. He felt more confident, relaxed, rideable, and grownup than ever before. It is so rewarding for the peices to come together, i cant wait to take what we learned to chatt and hopefully improve even more! I love this horse of mine and i cant wait to grow even more #luxembourgrdf

Lux reminded me that we are both still learning how to manage show nerves. Lots to improve on but we had some nice moments at Texas Rose last weekend. I love learning with and teaching my pocket rocket. I cant wait until all the pieces fall together, homework here we come. #luxembourgrdf by @guidry_eventing

Lux was phenomenal this past weekend! He had his listening ears on the whole time and I couldn’t be happier. He danced around the sand box earning a 26.4, then sped around confidently on xc. We finished out with one of our best stadium rounds, adding one unfortunate rail to keep us in 3rd place the whole weekend in the open novice. I couldn’t be prouder of lux as he handled everything so well and it just makes me so happy seeing the horse he is becoming! Thank you to the best barn fam for all the support❤️ I’m so excited for a winter full of homework and growing. #luxembourgrdf taken in Texas Rose Horse Park by @guidry_eventing

I have a new novice horse🥹 lux handled his first novice like an absolute pro! He led the division wire to wire finishing on his dressage score of a 30, to keep first place🥇! We had one of our best tests and two of our most confident jump rounds, obviously still leaving room for improvement. I’m so incredibly proud of this horse and how far he’s come. All I wanted for this weekend was positive and confident rides and lux did that plus more! It’s so rewarding seeing that our hard work is paying off and I’m just so excited to see what happens in the future! #luxembourgrdf by @guidry_eventing

Lux was super ending in🥉. Cleaned up our dressage act a bit with just one little moment scoring us a 29.4, then we added a super unlucky pole at the last jump in stadium. But we finished strong with a speedy double clear cross country! I’m so proud of lux this season so far, he’s really stepping up! Thanks to my mom, trainer and the Tally Ho crew for being supportive as always! Lux was amazing at trhp this past weekend! We started off with a super tense dressage test with a couple of blow up moments where lux reminded me that he is still learning his nerves. Then he cruised around the XC course like an absolute machine. His confidence really shined that round and he was starting to take me to the fences. Finally we ended with a superb stadium round that really showed that our homework is starting to pay off! We ended on our dressage score to get 6th out of 18 in the OBN! Overall I couldn’t have been prouder of my baby bean as this was our first show back in almost a year and after major life changing events. A big thank you to my mom, trainer, and barn fam for all the support and help this weekend! I’m so excited for pinehill in 2 weeks where hopefully all of the pieces will come together!! #luxembourgrdf taken in Texas Rose Horse Park by @guidry_eventing
