‼️ Please be aware that strict documentation requirements apply for minors and cannot be waived. ‼️

➡️ Documents needed: The parent/guardian is required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID, and the minor must present their original birth certificate plus a valid form of identification. Accepted minor IDs include school ID, state-issued ID, or passport. All documents must be original and legible - photos, screenshots, or photocopies are not accepted.

✴️ The names on the parent or guardian’s ID and the minor’s birth certificate must clearly show the legal relationship. If last names differ, additional legal documentation may be required.

‼️ Without all required documents, the piercing cannot be performed. ‼️

✴️ A parent or legal guardian must be present for the entire appointment.

✴️ There are age-based restrictions on which piercings minors are allowed to receive. Younger minors are typically limited to basic piercings, while certain piercings are restricted until age 18. These restrictions are based on safety, anatomy, and professional standards.

✴️ The minor must be willing and able to consent. If a minor is uncomfortable, distressed, or says no at any point, the piercing will not proceed - even with parental approval.

✴️ Piercings for minors 12 and under are $60 and include titanium jewelry.

📲 If you have any questions about required documents, age limits, or pricing, please call ahead.
