From being a Pilates client for many years to becoming an instructor, this journey has taught me so much more than just movement.

I started Pilates for myself, fell in love with the practice, and eventually found myself on the other side of the room, guiding others through their own journeys.

But even as an instructor, I choose to remain a student. 🤍

There is always more to learn, more to understand, and more room to grow.

To everyone who has been part of my journey, whether you’ve supported me from the beginning or joined me along the way, thank you for believing in me, even on the days when I was still learning to believe in myself.

I carry your love, support, and lessons with me into every class I teach🥰

I wouldn’t be where I am today without the people who have walked alongside me. Every lesson, every challenge, and every opportunity has shaped not only the instructor I am, but also the person I continue to become🫶🏻

This journey is mine, but I never walk it alone🤍
