This Scottsdale Airbnb has a swim-up bar, heated pool, putting green, and sleeps 16. And it’s 5 minutes from Old Town. 🌵

The Saguaro Sanctuary: resort backyard, fire features, outdoor kitchen under a pergola built by @modernvalleypatio, and a full remodel inside. Electrical work done by @jjbenettconstruction

Your backyard shouldn’t only get used 3 months out of the year… ☀️🌵

This one started as a giant empty dirt lot… and turned into an entertainer’s dream. 👀

Covered lounge space.
Modern cantilever design.
Shade EXACTLY where it matters.

Because let’s be honest…
Arizona summers don’t care how nice your patio furniture is if nobody can actually sit outside. 🥵

That’s where we come in. Our custom @4kaluminum cantilever structures completely change how a backyard feels, functions, and gets used EVERY single day.

👇 Read this before building your backyard:
Most people focus on the pool first. The best backyards? They’re designed around SHADE first.
