Running has taken me to some pretty beautiful places. It’s built me up and broken me down in the process. Introduced me to a community of strangers who have become some of my closest friends. Some days runs are an hour and others all day. Running has been there for me through some pretty tough times.Happy Global Running Day. by @gunnarsb

JWGS Newport Coast 50K.🏝️ This course always has a special way of challenging me. After years of ups and downs I was finally able to finish strong in 5:35. This is an 18 minute course PR for me and I’m beyond happy about this. I stayed focused, fueled properly (120g/carbs), and also had fun. My favorite part of the day was seeing homies at aid stations and along the course.Thank you to all the volunteers for being out there. August 2024- While running with friends we stumbled upon a beautiful California King Snake. Always a treat to see. However, we immediately realized there was another snake in its mouth! As we took a closer look we saw it was devouring a Rattle Snake. Something you don’t get to see often. @benjamindmorse @orangecountyoutdoors #kingsnake #snake #wildlife #rattlesnake by @gunnarsb
