20 years ago today, I met my favorite person on earth! Nobody thinks they're going to meet their soulmate at a punk show in a suburban basement, but who are we to argue with serendipity?

She is hilarious, talented, kind, thoughtful, loyal, incredibly smart, and obviously gorgeous. She's the life of the party without even trying, despite being an introvert. Everyone who knows her even a little bit quickly sees how special she is.
She's the best wife and mom, a person I truly admire and appreciate every day. She strives to be the most authentic version of herself and supports her family to be able to do the same. I am regularly humbled by the fact that this amazing person thought I was worth her time at all, let alone wanted to spend her life with me.
