A quick reflection on my journey:

At the end of 2023, a wake-up call made me realize that losing weight was a matter of life and death.

I started my first PT session on March 12, 2024.

By the first half of 2025, I was 50kg down.

Now, I’ve shifted my focus to building muscle, currently weighing in at about 70kg.

It wasn’t easy, and I’m proud of my resilience. I know the road ahead is long as building muscle is a tougher game than losing fat, but I’m ready.

Last but not least, a huge thank you to those who stood by me:
My coach, @dark_stallionnn , for being the architect of this transformation.
My uncle, @xie_songfan , the driving force behind the start of my weight loss plan.
My brother, @shun5311 , for being my inspiration and lighthouse.
My princess, @a_kinder_a_day , for being my strength and support.

You all have given me a second chance at life.

An afternoon among @miumiu women.

A presentation that brought me to tears. I never imagined telling women’s stories could have such an impact. Every detail was so thoughtfully curated. It left me with goosebumps. Let’s Be More Rebellious 🎈
