He didn’t really want to skate, “I’m too tired”, I convinced him to go anyways. Here’s a quick compilation of my boy’s “too tired” skating this weekend. 🤔

Saw Forgotten Island on Tues. Thank you Januel and Joel for sharing your beautiful film of friendship, Filipino culture, and the wonderful creative worlds you’ve created with your crew through the magic of Animation. Great meeting you guys. Januel, Fire it up! Tayo na!

Over the weekend my little guy learned backside early grabs airs over the coping. Hoping this is a gateway to doing bigger airs out of transition, maybe even a half pipe one day. Fly son, fly. So proud of him.

Back in June, this old man finally gathered enough courage to attempt both Roll Ins and Rock Ins. It’s still very much a Work In Progress, but a start nonetheless. Stoked to even be where I’m at.

Again I was only at Car Week for one day and there were so many amazing, way more expensive, stunning cars, but @mc.flys PTS Oslo Blue GT3 on BBS , with a classic ducktail was one of my favorites. 🤙🏽

Earlier in July we went to Monterey Bay Aquarium, and of course checked out some skate parks. Then hit up Scott’s Valley on the way back. My boy has been learning all sorts of new tricks. Did his 1st 6 stair, Half Cab Rock to Fakie, and 6.5 foot roll ins, etc.

I got a last minute hall pass to go to Car Week for a day, but that day had to be Thursday. Something is better than nothing. To kick this off, how about some butt shots!

Earlier this week @porscheusa brought the 3, Toy Story 5 Porsche 911 collabs to Pixar that were made for charities. Every detail of each 911 was amazing. So many Easter eggs. Thank you Porsche for stopping by before heading off to Car Week.

When I was in Las Vegas dealing with my mom’s belongings, skateboarding helped me re-center, something about it just helps me keep my mind clearer, even in the mornings when it was already 95 degree weather 🥵.
