EN: From Australia to the shores of the Mediterranean, Lucie & Charles chose one of Europe’s most breathtaking settings to promise each other forever.

Thousands of miles from the place they now call home, they returned to the sea that has shaped so much of their culture, where every breeze seemed to carry a piece of their story.

It is rare to witness a wedding where every smile, every cheer, every embrace reflects not only the love between two people, but a shared belief in living life to its fullest. Their vows were a promise to keep choosing each other—to dance, to laugh, and to celebrate life together for as long as time allows.

Beauty, elegance, joy and an infectious energy filled every corner of Son Marroig, turning a single evening into something that will forever belong not only to Lucie & Charles, but to everyone fortunate enough to have witnessed it.

Last week I was lucky enough to photograph this lovely couple on their pre-wedding trip to Mallorca. The sunset light on the north coast was simply amazing.

A quiet moment before everything began.

Then the evening did what Mallorcan evenings do best: spritz at golden hour, a tent full of raised glasses, and dancing that outlasted the daylight.

A pleasure to stand beside @mandywood.studio for this one, second camera in hand.

Son Marroig captured on film. Analog photography holds a rare authenticity, its colors and textures transport us to an era when moments were fleeting yet profoundly timeless.
