On our recent 7 DAYS OF TASTE we were able to take in a bit of seaside Liguria, Italy, the land of authentic basil and pesto, fresh seafood, incredible focaccia and the Taggiasca olive. The bounty of Italy is endless as we seek out new places, spaces and non-touristy areas to explore… Liguria for 2027, or comment on where to explore? These precious DOP Piemonte hazelnuts go through rigorous shelling, sorting by size, and careful levels of roasting (seen here) to achieve a nutty perfection! 🍫Still thinking about this beautiful evening and the incredible flavours we shared. A huge thank you to Marina Bertozzi of @gustologia for the invitation, and for creating this event to explore the fascinating world of fine chocolate, exotic fruits, spirits, and unexpected pairings together. 🍸It was a pleasure to be part of such a unique sensory experience alongside @thirstydreamer, bartender and owner of @mothercocktailbar , who guided us through his incredible cocktails, fermentations, and creative approach to flavour. Moments like these remind me how powerful food, drinks, and shared experiences can be in bringing people together. 🤎 Join @chocola_to this fall for more exciting chocolate adventures! #Torontococktails #Torontodateideas #Torontoactivities #Torontochocolate #Torontotodo by @gustologia
