Easily the hardest thing I’ve ever done. Pretty disappointed I didn’t hit the 70KM I set out to do, but still proud I managed to push through 65KM in the day.

There were plenty of times I wanted to stop, especially towards the end when everything started hurting, but I pushed through.

Another 5KM would’ve been nice, but 65KM is good enough.

Use it or lose it 👊

Whatever you’ve been given, use it. Push it and see what you’re capable of.

Woke up at 3am, started running at 4am. After many hours I’d beaten my previous longest run of 50km in a day.

Definitely one of the hardest things I’ve put myself through, but very happy to have pushed another 10km past what I’d done before. taken in Northern Beaches Sydney by @guswarner_

70kg → 75kg 💪

A full day of eating while trying to put on size. Calories are included throughout the video, but this isn’t everything I ate, I left out a few snacks and smaller meals.

Absolute legend having @itsbigjohn1 and his family stop by this weekend. Not only does he make great content, but he’s even better in person. Super humble, took the time to have a chat, and was a really nice guy.

I said I’d run 50km in a day so I did it.

The furthest I had previously run was 22km, so this was definitely one of the hardest things I’ve done but worth every bit of time and pain.

First ever Jiu Jitsu competition done

Unfortunately I didn’t get gold. but I walked away with 3rd place in lightweight and middleweight in both Gi and No-Gi which are higher weight classes that I usually am.

Not the result I was chasing, but plenty of lessons learned and a lot to improve on. Massive thanks to the best coach @muriloamaraljj who supported me leading into the comp and all throughout the day!
