I didn’t write this to go viral.
I wrote it to heal.

My book has 191 views.
Only 3 people bought it.
One left a review.

And yeah, that could discourage me. But it doesn’t.
Because I didn’t write this to go viral —
I wrote it to heal.
To speak to the person who’s ready to shift.
To remind you that freedom isn’t in numbers — it’s in truth.

If you’ve felt the nudge to start healing…
If you’ve been praying for a sign…
If you’re tired of surface-level fixes…

This is for you.

My eBook is a raw, spiritual guide to frequency healing, sound renewal, and reclaiming your peace through stillness and scripture.

And if it speaks to you, a review means more than you know.
Thank you for supporting my healing work — from my heart to yours.

Healing didn’t happen overnight. It happens one small yes at a time
the tools that have helped me this far are in my Stop Overthinking guide + 21-day workbook, link in bio.

let it hurt…
just don’t let it turn you cold.

some seasons are meant to break you open,
not break you down.

God is still working, even here.

The first time I touched a singing bowl, I cried.
Not from sadness — from release.

That was the day I knew this wasn’t just interesting to me.
It was home.

Singing bowls didn’t just help me heal — they brought me home. #HealingJourney #SoundHealing #SingingBowls #ThroatChakra #EnergyHealing

This season is personal.
No shortcuts. No skipping steps.
Just me, God, and the promise I refuse to let go of.

✨Some tides don’t just cleanse you — they wreck you.
That’s mercy, too.
Walking with God isn’t always calm seas.
It’s letting Him destroy what you built on fear…
So He can carry you where your ego would drown.
Read that again. 🕊️ #FaithInTheWaves #LetGodWreckIt #OceansOfHealing #WalkByFaith #MercyMovesDifferent by @guthrie.global

I don’t yell anymore.
I don’t beg people to understand me.
I sit with the Holy Spirit.
I breathe.
I let the smoke rise and the anger fall.
I heal in silence now.
