Our homies @foxbatband dropped a straight ripper of an EP, THE SUCKER. Listen to it anywhere you hear music.

I remember @nevelsaynevels playing demos in my car of what would become “Trauma Club” and @joeltheherald sharing an early version of “Post-Heist.” It’s awesome to hear what those songs evolved into, and now you can hear ‘em too. We love these dudes and couldn’t be more stoked about this collection of songs they’ve put together.

Lucky to be a fan. Fortunate to be a friend. Congrats, boys. …And thanks for continuing to let me holler on GRIM RIPPER.

@618taphouse was dope per ushe.

Also absolutely loving the newer addition to the (almost) exclusively ESP/LTD collection. I threw this mf around like it looked at @the_charles wrong in a Pilot bathroom and it didn’t go out of tune once. @evertune bridges do exactly what they’re supposed to, and this one is gonna be in the rotation heavy this summer.

@badomensofficial “Concrete Jungle”

Dark melodies, massive hooks, and emotional vocals. Bad Omens was a band I slept on for way too long. Now they influence how I approach guitar riffs, synths, and music production in general. Noah’s got an incredible voice that flips from light falsetto/head voice into pure aggression, and this song is one of my favorite examples of what this band does.

Several takes later and limited visual effects, I GIVE YOU THIS 🫲

All 💐 to my bud @nevelsaynevels of the legendary @foxbatband for the inspiration to get to work here - no vocal comps, pitch correction, or overdubs. Just harmonies where needed.

This song was the first TBT Goes Pop cover I put together way back in 2016 when I was just getting started with production and figuring out how to recreate songs we all know. 10 years later, we have the re-recorded version that is modern metalcore as f*ck, and I can’t wait to rip this one live. Hope y’all dig it or tell me to quit / kms - either one feeds the algorithm gods.
