From the prestigious Saga orchestra to the legendary Naadro, Guyrika’s journey is a masterclass in percussion. Trained under Guru Ravibandu Vidyapathi and mentored by Rakitha Wickramaratne, he masterfully blends traditional Sri Lankan roots with global fusion.

A long-standing member of Magic Box Mix Up, Guyrika is a staple of the Sri Lankan music scene. Beyond the stage, his rhythmic signature has been featured on premier platforms like Dell Studio and Sinhagiri Studio. He has explored the heights of fusion with Mahesh Denipitiya’s MAFF and toured nationally and internationally with icons such as T.M. Jayaratne, Chithral Somapala, Kasun Kalhara, Chamara Weerasinghe and many more.
