Watching my wife’s journey through pregnancy has been such a beautiful experience. Every moment reminded me why this was always the dream, to see the world and build a family to share it with. Becoming a papa is a wish come true. Getting to love, teach, learn, laugh, and share the best parts of this life with my son is what puts a smile on my face every single time I look at him.
We’re not chasing anything complicated. Just a life full of presence, good energy, and each other.

Since I was young, my biggest dream was to one day be a father. This May, that dream will become a reality! 👶

I can’t put into words how blessed I feel not just because we’re having a baby boy, but because the person I’m building this family with is my best friend. She’s going to be the most incredible mom and watching her step into that role has been such a beautiful experience. She is so strong and resilient.

We talk all the time about what it means to be truly great parents. By constantly learning, always improving, and making it our number one priority and she’s already living that. Every day she talks to him, takes care of her mind and body, knowing that everything she does right now is shaping who he becomes. That kind of love and intention means so much to me.

We’re not just excited to have a son. We’re excited to raise a human. To give him a life full of love, affection, and presence. To teach him a growth mindset from day one. To prioritize his health, build his intellect, and show him the world not just through a screen, but by actually taking him there.🌍

We took a baby moon to @secretbay where we got to just be present with each other. It made this beautiful rare moment in our lives feel even more surreal and special.

This is the chapter I’ve been waiting for my whole life. Baby Kai, we love you. 💙

The real hidden gem of Albania is tucked in the northern part of the country with its captivating hues of light blues and greens better known as Lumi i Shalës or Shala River.

Things that caught my eye:
⛰️ The dramatic landscape surrounding the river is a combination of lush vegetation and the towering Albanian Alps.

⛴️🚤Ferries and small boats leave daily from the Komani Lake Ferry Terminal. It’s important to park before entering the tunnel since space is very limited. Prior to entering the tunnel, there are small parking lots with shuttle service to the main boat area or it’s a 5 min walk.

📆Visitors can opt for a day adventure with any of the tour operators which usually include the boat ride and a couple of hours swimming in the crystal clear waters. We decided to book a traditional guesthouse and stay overnight to enjoy the river with less crowds.

🥾🏞️ An invisible sense of peace envelops the entire area. Some people lounge on sunbeds or hammocks, others enjoy the thrill of zip-lining above this remote paradise, while a few paddle kayaks along the serene river.

🚗 This geographical wonder is about 3 hours from Tirana (the capital and location of the main airport) and about 2 hours from Shkodër.

For all the nature lovers, there’s a beach or a cliff worth discovering. I highly recommend visiting during the shoulder season from late September to early October when nice weather hits the island and things begin to slow down a bit.

•Torres des Savinar viewpoint- A short hike from the parking lot nearby, you arrive to this historic watchtower area overlooking the dramatic silhouette of Es Vedrá, an untouchable islet rising 400 meters above the Mediterranean. (Shots 1-2)

•Sa Pedrera de Cala D’Hort- Also known as “Atlantis,” this is a collection of natural tidal pools hidden below the towering cliffs. It is a moderately challenging hike or a boat ride away to get here. (Shots 3-5)
