Persembahan teater sulung dan will be one of my personal core memories. It was an amazing experience and also valuable lessons learned. Dari apa itu subtext, kepada gerak tari itu perlu ada rasa. Banyak yang ditimba dalam masa yang cukup singkat.

A little snippet from Beyond The Scale ✨

We all have our own journey with our weight. The struggles, the small wins and everything in between. And everyone has a different story to tell.

For me, this conversation made me think about things I don’t always talk about. The constant food noise in my head, understanding that losing weight should be about losing fat while keeping the muscle and how my weight can affect my cardiovascular health in the long run.

It reminded me that this journey is more than just seeing a smaller number on the scale. It’s about understanding my body better, taking care of myself and making choices that feel right for me.

Still learning, still figuring things out and doing it at my own pace. At the end of the day, I’m doing this for me. 🤍
