my heart longs, yet in Him it rests.
-
we all have things our hearts long for. and sometimes those longings make certain seasons harder than others. but I’m learning that resting in God doesn’t mean we stop longing, it means learning to trust Him with those desires, even when it’s not easy. may we always run to Jesus, bringing Him our hopes, our desires, and even the things we don’t understand. I’m learning every day that our hearts were made for Him, and ultimately, it’s in Him that we find our rest. thank you Lord. by @gvbrielmusic

08/26/26 - 08/28/26 📖✍️

These three days were so special to me. I don’t even know if words can fully explain what the Lord did in this room.

“Since we are receiving a Kingdom that is unshakable, let us be thankful and please God by worshiping Him with holy fear and awe. For our God is a consuming fire.” Hebrews 12:28-29

There’s something so beautiful about watching a generation realize that the thing their hearts are yearning for is Jesus. And really, that’s true for all of us. We can search, strive, chase, and try to fill ourselves with so many things, but nothing compares to the presence of God. Nothing satisfies like Him. Nothing completes us like Him. The glory of the Father is what our hearts were made for.

These nights weren’t about a conference, a stage, songs, lights, or moments. They were about Jesus. And I’m just so grateful that for three days we got to make room for Him, watch Him move, and be reminded again that He really is enough.

Seeing students worship, respond, surrender, and hunger for more of God is something I’ll carry with me for a really long time. The Lord moved, and I’m so thankful I got to experience it surrounded by people I genuinely love.

@brian.hurst.jr and @ambergailhurst , thank you for being who you are and for leading this ministry with so much love, faith, and obedience. Thank you for believing in this generation and continually creating space for young people to encounter Jesus. I love you guys and I’m so grateful I get to be a small part of what God is doing through this ministry.

@oasisythcarlsbad I love you ❤️
