Burn Boot Camp is building out a gym in Greer.

The city issued and electrical permit Oct 5 and a mechanical permit Oct 8 for the space.

It’s not the first Burn Boot Camp in the Upstate but it is the first in Greer! No opening date has been announced.

Spinx: Permits issued Aug 28th for a new gas station and a separate car wash in Greer

Zaxby’s: $925,000 permit issued Aug 5 for an exterior addition and indoor remodel

Journeys: the footwear store @haywoodmall is combining two spaces into one larger store.

The first homes at the old County Square site are moving forward.

The City of Greenville issued permits Sept 30 for a seven-townhome building in Solaire, the first residential project in the County Square redevelopment. The current site plan shows 25 townhomes expected in the first phase, with more planned after that.

Each townhome includes a rooftop terrace. Listings range from about $1.1 million to $1.4 million, 16 of the first 25 are marked sold on the site plan, and listings point to completion in spring 2027

The commercial space at Canvas Lofts on Buncombe Street has sat empty since the building opened in 2020. It was originally planned for a small grocery store.

@kindcafegreenville a New York-style bagel and coffee shop is taking the corner with the glass rotunda. A $630K buildout permit was issued in late August, and the owner expects to open in mid-November.

Seventeen commercial building permits have been issued on a single parcel off Wade Hampton Boulevard in Taylors, adding up to nearly $100 million in declared construction value.

A high-rise apartment tower first proposed for Greenville’s West End has officially been permitted.

The nine story building will bring 175 apartments and 209 parking spaces to the site near Academy and Oneal, with construction now cleared to begin.
