As we get ready for Red Dress Gala and Fall Philanthropy Week, hear from our Director of Philanthropy, Simrin Shah MC ‘25, about the @alphaphifoundation and why it’s so special to us 💌

“I am so grateful to be able to serve as our chapter’s Director of Philanthropy. Alpha Phi’s philanthropy supports the Alpha Phi Foundation, which funds women’s heart health research through an annual $100,000 clinical research grant, provides community grants focused on heart health education and prevention, and awards more than $250,000 in scholarships each year to undergraduate and graduate members. We’ve already had such an amazing start to the semester with the success of Alpha Phifa, and it was so exciting to see so many people come out and support our philanthropy. Now, we’re getting ready for Red Dress Gala on October 17th, our biggest philanthropy event of the year. I’m so excited to see all of our chapter’s hard work come together and continue raising money for such a meaningful cause ❤️” by @gwalphaphi
