Last year I was growing closer to Godā€”praying, reading my Bible, going to church every Sunday, asking Him to change me, renew my mindset, and thanking Him for the woman I was becoming. Then on August 6, 2025, as we were leaving the gymā€¦ šŸ’„ someone hit the car God had blessed us with at the end of 2022. As I laid on the ground crying and hearing my girls cry, all I could think was, ā€œHow am I going to get to church? How am I going to keep my relationship with God?ā€ Every time I walked into the church building, I felt peace. I felt the weight of the world come off my shoulders. Even though I couldnā€™t attend in person for a season, I kept praying. I kept reading my Bible. I kept seeking God. His Word says, ā€œAnd we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.ā€ (Romans 8:28) Then on January 17, 2026, God opened another door. If youā€™re in a hard season right now, donā€™t quit. Keep going. Keep believing. Keep praying. What the enemy meant for evil, God can use for good. No is not denialā€”sometimes itā€™s simply not yet. You are chosen. You are loved. You are covered by Godā€™s grace. God sees every tear, hears every prayer, and knows every battle youā€™re facing. My Testimony On August 6, 2025, my life changed in an instant. I was in a car wreck that totaled my vehicle, left me bruised, swollen, and struggling to move around. The person who hit me didnā€™t even have insurance, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to fight us after the crash, accused my 13yr old of driving. It was traumatizingā€”for me and my family. Losing my car made it hard to get around, to provide, and to handle even the simplest things. On top of that, I was already carrying the weight of being a mother, trying to build my business, and holding on to my faith when everything seemed to be falling apart. But hereā€™s what I learned: God never left me. Even when I was in pain, even when I felt stuck, He reminded me that I was still standing for a reason. Iā€™ve been through seasons of homelessness, seasons of not knowing how Iā€™d make it, and seasons where the enemy tried to break meā€”but every time, God carried me through. That wreck could have taken my life, but instead it became part of my testimony. It reminded me that if I still have breath in my body, then God still has purpose for my life. Thatā€™s why I created B.A.D.D L.I.F.E Boutiqueā€”because my story is about more than setbacks, itā€™s about comebacks. B.A.D.D stands for Bold, Ambitious, Determined, and Disciplinedā€”the exact mindset I had to embrace to keep pushing when life hit me hardest.
