I've heard way too many gross stories of what athletes have to deal with on social media, especially gymnasts and divers that have to wear revealing uniforms. It's well documented for women, but it happens to men all the time too.

I get it... they're hot. I appreciate that, and sure it's part of what got me interested in these sports if I'm being honest. But these guys are also human beings and deserve to be treated with respect, not creepiness. I hope to God I've never crossed that line myself, and if I have I'm very sorry.

Let's build our guys up and celebrate their incredible talent, not just their looks. It's healthier for them, healthier for us as fans, and healthier for a world that values and respects every human. Remember: you can appreciate an athlete's body without treating them as an object. by @gymdivedrive

It's still really hard to be queer or trans/nb in elite sports like motorsport, gymnastics, and swimming/diving. There's a lot more support than there used to be, but there's still plenty of homophobia and transphobia that LGBTQIA+ athletes have to deal with.

So I'm grateful that there are groups dedicated to increasing inclusion across these sports and others:

Motorsport: @racingpridehq

Swimming/Diving: @igla.aquatics

Gymnastics: as far as I know, there's not an org dedicated specifically to LGBT inclusion in gymnastics, but organizations like @naigcgymnastics and @athleteally are helping lead the way

There also some great groups dedicated to inclusion across all sports, including Athlete Ally as well as @youcanplayteam, @pridehouse, and the @gaygames.

Thank you all for the incredible work you do! by @gymdivedrive

I know @nbcsports has to focus on the top contenders, but I wish they showed a broader mix of the amazingly talented guys competing at the @usagym National Championships, such as:

Hasan Aydogdu @hasan_aydogdu_gymnastics
Ben Levin @benletvin
Michael Jaroh @michaeljaroh
Garrett Schooley @garrett_schooley

Plenty more I'd love to see but these are some of the ones I was surprised didn't get any screen time at all. Congrats on a job well done guys! by @gymdivedrive

Let's hear it for the 2026 @f1 reserve drivers!

@alpinef1team: Paul Aron & Kush Maini
@astonmartinf1: Jak Crawford & Stoffel Vandoorne
@cadillacf1: Zhou Guanyu
@scuderiaferrari: Antonio Giovinazzi
@haasf1team: Jack Doohan & Ryō Hirakawa
@mclarenf1: Leonardo Fornaroli & Pato O'Ward
@mercedesamgf1: Fred Vesti
@visacashapprb: Ayumu Iwasa & Yuki Tsunoda
@redbullracing: Yuki Tsunoda
@williamsf1team: Luke Browning

Technically @audif1 doesn't have an official reserve driver, but Paul Aron has driven FP1 for them so we'll include him again here too. by @gymdivedrive
