🌟 Allow me to reintroduce myself: Harrison Lessans, Performance Coach on the @futurefit & owner of @gymlessans

1️⃣ For those who don’t know me, and want an idea of who they’ll be getting & working with, here’s the rundown.

🎯 I help optimize the lives of busy professionals with customized fitness programs designed to fit like a glove into your complex & packed life. From exercise progressions, injury modifications, travel accommodations, my goal is to be the personal trainer in your pocket.

📝 What qualifies me to do so? I’ve been an experienced personal trainer for over 12 years ranging from Corporate executives at Equinox in New York City, busy professionals on the @futurefitapp and masters clientele at the @jccbaltimore where I first learned my passion for fitness. I have a bachelors degree in Exercise Science from @towsonuniversity & certifications from esteemed organizations such as the @nscaofficial @acefitness @functional_range_conditioning @precisionnutrition & @yogaalliance .

💼 What is my approach like? Practical. Online training is not a primary service with direct visual feedback or the initiative to think on the fly. You have to be able to envision challenges before they happen & my programs are both tailored, battle tested & forged from the ground up to your needs, preferences and specific to your goals.

🏋🏻 I first got into the industry as a personal training client, so I know the value first hand for how fitness empowers you with improved confidence, endurance, drive & ambition, self-ownership and all of those underlying traits you’re really after when you “just want to be healthy, “bulk up” or to “lose a few pounds for the summer.”

🏃‍♂️ The most important conditions you need to work with me are follow through, consistency & most importantly: a readiness & willingness to change. For those who are, you can find me on the @futurefitapp when spots are available. For those who are not, my website has countless complimentary resources that can provide you research-backed information to simplify your fitness journey.

🚨 Complimentary Fitness Resources 🚨

👏🏼 Not everyone is fully ready or able to commit to a coach right now, and I just want you to know that’s perfectly okay!

🧠 According to the most updated research in exercise psychology, the trans-theoretical model dictates that the most important part of what allows someone to be able to make a healthy change for themselves comes from their own willingness to be ready & the self-efficacy to believe they are capable.

💪🏼 That doesn’t mean I don’t want to be ready, able & willing to help how I can. On my website are a bunch of complimentary resources that can help simplify fitness in a way that allows you to still help yourself.

🦾 Fitness Questionnaire: answer a few simple multiple choice questions to get a sample workout based on your difficulty level, focus & overall goal. These are not customized due to situation or injury concerns but an algorithm that will be a nice segue-way into online training.

🗒️ Education: I have a variety of informational PDFs that range from topics on mobility, nutrition, weight lifting, etc. These are all geared to help simplify complex topics in a way that will make the process less intimidating & help clear up any seemingly conflicting fitness concepts.

🪬 Mindfulness: I have 4 custom mediation audio files designed to help you calm, soothe & relax during moments where you need a break from the craziness of your life. We all need a quick break from time to time!

🔬 Information only takes you so far, how you implement it makes all the difference. If you like the way I program, the way I instruct and aren’t sick of the sound of my voice, do I have the program for you:

➡️ Should these pique your interest more & you are ready for the next step, I’d love to help you more on the @futurefit . That’s where I’m able to curate & tailor my expertise to your situation & ultimately help be that personal trainer in your pocket that you need. by @gymlessans

💥 Don’t call it a comeback! 💥

🍁 Fall fitness season in full effect - consistent execution of the basics leads to big shifts

🚨 Client Testimonial 🚨

💪🏼 Brian Yin has been a longtime client of over 2 years on @futurefit who’s been an absolute warrior on team 5:30am.

☀️ That pre-dawn workout crew is not for the faint of heart. @bri_yin has been at the forefront of the early morning crowd, and that commitment to showing up carries over to his training.

🏋🏻 Brian’s secret is consistency. Day in and day out, he’s applying the fundamentals - attention to detail with the dynamic warm ups, good discipline to control his morning / evening routines to be energized enough to get to the fresh & focused and asking the right questions.

🗣️ “why am I doing this program?” “What do I do / adjust if my elbow hurts?” The dynamic of any partnership is to help articulate questions to drive understanding on both parties. I’ll often ask “what felt most challenging & what felt most accomplishing?” So I know what areas to improve & what to reinforce while Brian trusts me enough to ask questions that will enhance his program and keep him consistent.

🏃🏻‍♂️ And what has he accomplished? Constant race finishes with @spartan & @hyroxamerica where he can put his gym athleticism into the arena and test the limits of what his body can do through the physical & mental crucible of pre-dawn burpees & split squats.

📝 Want results like Brian? Of course you do - click the link in my bio, take the coach survey & let’s find the ideal coach for you on the @futurefitapp .

🚨 Client Testimonial 🚨

🏃 Leo Roberts has been a client for 5 years where I’m his one stop shop for all things marathon / race running.

🏋🏻 Combining steady increases in aerobic volume with contextual uni-lateral strength blocks that manage his load relative to his training phase, Leo has managed to balance a talented broadway acting career with the demanding training schedule of Marathon work.

📝 Having that program in your pocket, the accountability & progressive overload, as well as the ability to pivot as life demands it, Leo has been able to crush PRs and let strength training optimize his ability to run instead of feeling like he has to prioritize one modality vs. the other.

🏁 Our last marathon we beat his 3 hour goal by a full minute with a 2:59. The anatomical benefits pail in comparison to the mental strength you build by constantly pushing your limits & challenging your comfort zone. The body is as capable as the mind is to help carry you to the finish & you forge those conditions by leaning into adversity with those daily deposits.

⬆️ Sign up in the link in my bio for @futurefit if you want to take your training up another level the same way @leorobertsbaritone has.

🕺 And catch him currently as an actor on the Mrs. Doubtfire broadway tour - coming to an amphitheater near you!

🚨 Client Testimonial 🚨

📱CJ Hernandez has worked with me for over 14 months on @futurefit & has been a hallmark of consistency & a testament to what an effective partnership can yield with online personal training.

🏋🏼 @cjhernandez7 went from not having a plan, especially factoring in travel & the ups and downs of balancing his job to having a tailor crafted program, made to fit his unique situation, that has allowed him to put on muscle, drop body fat and feel more confident both in the gym & in his own personal life.

✈️ Travel and being out of your element can be detrimental to anyone trying to stay on track with their fitness. Modifying to body weight, or different progressions relative to any back, shoulder or equipment concerns has been fundamental to optimizing the right program to fit his situation, no matter what city he’s in or what acute injury concern he’s faced.

🚶🏻‍♂️‍➡️ The confidence that comes from fitness doesn’t just stem from how you look, but from living up to the commitments & expectations you set for yourself. That follow through is reflective of the investment you make in your self care & can only reflect in how you carry yourself.

🗣️ What makes CJ so successful? Communication. Most online trainers can’t see you in person, so being able to proactively inform your coach about travel plans, logistics, likes/dislikes, injury issues, allows us to help you so much more in a fashion that makes us the personal trainer you keep squarely in your pocket.

📝 Let’s not let CJ have all the fun! Sign up with the @futurefitapp & build a program and partnership made to fit your life. Sign up with the link in my bio! by @gymlessans

🌟 Client Testimonial: Josh Smith 🌟

🏋🏻 @joshsmith_advert has been working with me virtually for over a year now - and the biggest win / hardest challenge has been mastery consistency.

💥 Josh runs a multitude of companies, is very compassionate to his employees & his family. It’s so easy to put yourself last and get left off the priority list entirely.

❓What’s helped Josh on my end? The program sure, but it’s the check ins, the compassion, the adamant nature to remain in your corner even when life gets overwhelming.

🥇 Your needs matter in and of themselves, but they also matter to put yourself in a better position to both serve the people who look up to you & to be a role model to them. Fill your cup first & model that behavior to the people who see you as a leader.

📝 Second, my philosophy is “implementation over information” is in full effect. We focus on the “ways” to swap out sweets for more ideal substitutes that hit our goals, ways to schedule time in a busy day, methods of reframing how you look at fitness to make yourself important.

🤼 Staying in the game, in spite of how busy life gets, instead of waiting for things to “settle down” is how you leverage to attitude of a champion into the results you deserve.

🤝 Want to be like Josh? Get a head start on 2026, sign up with me on @futurefit & forge that partnership to close out the year. First month is complimentary - make sure we are a good team!

Jon Mellen has been a Future member for 23 weeks. As a busy Travelling doctor, Jon’s biggest struggle is keeping a stable routine while on the go. Along comes @futurefit to provide a stable routine to fit his life: whether it’s in the Anchorage Arctic or the butte’s of Phoenix, our program is tailored to his gym, goals & designed to be a seamless, cohesive transition from one facility to the next.

San Diego brought together to finally meet in person & that human touch makes all the difference in forging a tie that binds.

🚨 Client Testimonial 🚨

🏋🏻 Rich Dallojanco has been training with me for over a year now on @futurefit and has been a hallmark of dedication, perseverance & consistency.

🧳 In your classic case of being overcommitted, travel, job requirements, it’s hard to prioritize your own needs & easy to lose yourself in the madness of life. Having a coach who can offset the planning, the bandwidth & help you stay accountable is fundamental to keeping yourself as a priority.

🤸‍♂️ Become that kind of person who values being the best version of yourself. Form monthly habits, value the process as much as the product, communicate with your coach on how different adjustments to the program help you stay consistent: more concise workouts, nutritional habit changes, active recovery days, step counts, adding running to the mix, etc.

🐕 Habit stack your steps with personality hires like Ruby whom will help keep make your walks more enjoyable.

📱Some of the best ways to prioritize yourself to treat your own needs akin to someone you care about: a spouse, a pet, a child. We will always be happy to put ourselves last, but it’s harder to make the same compromise with your loved ones. Hold yourself to the same standard.

✨4 months highlights 🇳🇮

✈️ This marks the longest time I’ve lived & worked out of the country & it’s been the most fulfilling yet, without question.

🌋 From hiking two volcanos in a single day last weekend, beach sunsets, lake kayaking, cliffside infinity pools, shore side horseback rides & all the memories, friendships & experiences along the way, all while earning an honest living has been one for the books!

🥞 Not to mention the grand finale of utilizing @aweinspiringashley ‘s musical talents as @iamsnacks to fundraise a new water tank / paint job for a local elementary school as well as putting the finishing touches on the new gym constructed in Balgue! The kids have access to stable drinking water & the memberships have quadrupled in the past year!

I don’t really write out my thoughts often, but here’s the biggest lessons I took over the last few months:

🌍 Show up for the kind of world you want to live in. You don’t always have the same opportunities as anyone but you always have a choice on how you choose to move day in and day out. People might forget what you do but they’ll never forget how you made them feel.

🙏🏼 A kind smile, a sweet sentiment & the effort to do the little things - the fundamentals go a long way! What makes the people in Ometepe so special is that they have so little, yet are so happy with everything they do have.

🙂 What does that happiness look like to you? Maybe it’s the kind of freedom that comes with breaking away from a life not meant for you. Maybe it’s being able to find your tribe & your own sense of belonging. Maybe it’s using your success to rise people up in philanthropic ways.

📝 Theres no one way to write that chapter. Make choices you can be proud of, own your decisions & don’t be constrained by the limits of what you think you “should” do. You only get one chance to live your life in a way that makes you proud to sleep at night.

🤝 And never worry about whether the universe will pay you back - The greatest gift is watching the people you impact paying it forward! by @gymlessans

✨ Month 3 Abroad Highlights! 🇳🇮

📈 The big theme for this leg was seeing the payoff for a lot of hard work & reaping the benefits!

🌋 Bouncing back from the injuries leading up to & in the @fuegoyagua.adventure 100km attempt, I’ve bounced back to peak volcano shape - summiting up two volcanos at my fastest pace! Shoutout to @thewildlifeofdanielle for the pacing!

🥋 Bouncing back into martial arts classes at @totoco_ometepe helped give me a great community, an old edge & a new way to cross train after I was too injured to attend for months!

🕺 Keeping up my donation based fitness classes at @elpitalparadise & @playa_mangos , and powered by the delicious beats of DJ extraordinaire, @aweinspiringashley , aka @iamsnacks , we were able to raise over $4,000 collectively to help the local community including decking out the local gym with new equipment & a fresh paint job!

🏝️ And tied it all together with a solo week trip down the Nicaraguan pacific coast with a few highlights:

📍 @morgansrockhotel
📍 @hushmaderas
📍 @espejo_maderas
📍 @treecasa_resort

✈️ Shoutout @bluejademusic for the travel recs!

🤝 Here’s to one more month of sticking the landing & ending the trip on a high note! by @gymlessans

🏝️ Month 2 Abroad in the books!

🏃🏻‍♂️ Biggest highlights were attempting the Fuego y Agua 100k race on Ometepe, Nicaragua and this years Sets with Snacks Group Ex Donation classes!

🌋 I attempted the first 24 hour + race I had in over 6 years, going up and down 2 volcanos twice in a 31 hour period (@fuegoyagua.adventure ). Knowing full well I was going to get royally humbled, I wanted all the smoke - I knew I had the 50k in me from last year but wanted to swing for the fences and see how much I had in the tank. Two weeks prior, I had sprained my foot and wasn’t even sure I was able to run - the results from my rehab had me take down 67km in about 24 hours!

🤝 Partnering with @berniedickson for a good chunk of the race, it was a good test for your mind taking you farther than your body seemingly allows & a good baseline for your mental toughness in the face of grueling ascents, scalding heat and steep blitzes down the mountains. Royally proud for how I showed up and what I was able to accomplish - Shout out to @thomasblancadventures for a sick course!

🏋🏼 Even more so, the latest rendition of Sets with Snacks was a roaring success. Backed by the undefeated beats of @aweinspiringashley and her alter ego, @iamsnacks , I hosted donation-based group ex classes at @elpitalparadise and @playa_mangos . All proceeds went to support kids at a local school & memberships / equipment at a local gym. After a few months and over $2,000 later, we were able to help with some school supplies, painting, a bunch of new dumbbells, plates & 9 year long gym memberships for locals here on Ometepe.

✨Every day is a new chance to push the envelope for yourself and to make your own corner of the world a better place to live - Here’s to another month or two to run up the score! by @gymlessans
