Day 5 of trying different gyms in my mom’s hometown.
Today’s pick: Hope — more of a boutique gym with a few locations in the city.
Got a little discount thanks to my cousin 👀
Day pass is R$60 (around €10–11).
Super spacious and the vibe felt way more premium than the others I’ve tried this week. A strong way to finish 💪🏽 taken in Hope Academia Anápolis by @gymmingwithnessa

Day 4 of trying different gyms in my mom’s hometown.
Today’s pick: a local gym in the city where I grew up until I was 15 — and the owner is actually related to my cousin.
Day pass was R$30 (around €5).
Good machines overall, lots of mirrors (which I loved), and a separate open floor for things like squats. The lighting here was actually really good too. taken in Academia La Fit by @gymmingwithnessa

#GymmingWithNessa Day 2 of trying different gyms in my mom’s hometown.
Today’s pick: Panobianco — a chain gym with locations all over Brazil. They offer a free trial.
Day pass was R$20 (around €3.30) since I had previously used the free trial. One of the cheapest day passes I’ve paid so far.
Good machines overall, and I loved that they have a mirror area in the bathroom just for selfies. 🤳 taken in Panobianco Academia by @gymmingwithnessa
