Gym Scene Personal Training!!

In a family owned gym we are very picky about who we let train our members. Our trainers play a huge part in what makes this gym so special. Its their goal to make sure you reach your goals.

With weekly reviews of their client's progress, we all work together as a team to come up with the best program that will work for you.

I trust every trainer in this gym and could not have been blessed with a better team. Love you guys!!!

As always a HUGE shout out to @irileymedia for always bringing out our best 💪 by @gymscene_ct

The Army gives you a mission every single day. A reason to get up, a reason that matters, a team that needs you. Then you get out, and it’s just gone.

Nobody tells you how much that actually costs you.

No direction. No purpose. Just the quiet, and I didn’t know what to do with it. Six years I spent looking for that feeling in the wrong places — bad jobs, bad habits, just drifting from one thing to the next without any of it meaning anything.

It wasn’t laziness. It was a missing mission, and I didn’t have the tools to build a new one yet.

You don’t find purpose again. You build it back — piece by piece, the same way you’d rebuild anything else that got taken from you.

If you’ve ever lost the thing that gave your days structure — a job, a role, a season of life — what did you do to build it back?

I post this kind of thing a few times a week. Follow if this is the kind of thing you want more of.

Comfort Creates Weakness. Adversity Builds Greatness.
Built Not Given.

Sometimes showing up in the right apparel can help.

You have to be comfortable in what you wear to the gym.
