Shhh. Quiet. Listen.
Don’t let the noise distract you from the music.
Received and shared.
Your and theirs.

Don’t let the fear keep it hidden.
Gifted is better than compared.

There is music that’s yours to make and not to keep.
Take a leap. Make us weep.

Tibetan King Gesar Ling hanging in Casa de Dharma CDMX, don’t know who artist is yet. Summer vibes fs. He was “mischievous, divine by nature and full of supernatural powers.”

Will be sharing more of my writing here, now arriving in Spanish as well. Translating poetry is kind of like watching a dubbed film. Ya know when the actors mouths move in one language and you hear another. But anyways here it goes…

:: Do not destroy the home or the hearth.

Ask permission to enter the sacred fire of the altar.

Trust in the guidance of the dawn.

Open heart, close eyes to see.

Consciousness of the dusk reveal the realest face.

Healing has no finish line. It’s an eternal sentiment, an eternal feeling listening for the truth. ::

Learning to listen deep
while adjusting to the noise.
Exploring a new rhythm with this incredible world and have yet to even scratch the surface.

Que te enseña lo que ni puedes comprender

The Heart takes care of the reason for Life 🤲🏽

Day 3 of micro dosing Oaxacan Cacao puro to connect with my heart and this is the song that poured out today.

I started this practice with cacao a week ago during travels with what I had left of an AlterEco blackout bar. (not ceremonial grade but they practice agroforestry which is holy.)

Cacao is a very special fruit whose consumption has strayed far from reverence in its at scale commercial use. This is helping me remember how special it is to be able to consume it.

In case making cups of cacao doesn’t feel accessible, a bite of bitter cacao will remind us that even the simple things we put in our bodies can help us recalibrate to the medicinal qualities of the natural world 🤎

con amor,
