[The 1st Marathon in my 46 ] was successful! I aimed 5 hours and the result 5 :16 :40. I was thinking to make 4 :30 but I was so scared of triggering my injuries and had to stop. Instead of making a drama , My plan was 'small steps, run + walk after 30km'. Of course, my legs felt so heavy like dragging rocks and Quad(thighs) cramps were sensational (horrible 🤣). I am so proud of myself. (I will share video later, actual running one)

[After Dark Tour London 2025] I am so happy my last race of 2025 with this incredible event. Shared with powerful and beautiful ladies. I loved every seconds, my face tells, doesn't it? With my injuries, I was scared and worried but I finished with a good time, 1 hour 1 min. I am happy with it.

Running is hard, really hard. At the same time, it gives you a great energy. "Run for yourself!"

[2025, Sep. 21 Shoreditch 10k] 59m 25s!
In July, Saucony London 10k 1 hour. So kind of PB!🤣🤣
I am 45.5 years old at the moment. Hopefully,before 46 yrs old, 55mins! 🤔🤣

I didn't have the best condition due to injuries , I felt very fatigued while I was running. But in the end, to pass the finish line was amazing 👏.

[A Little Test Of Time & Speed] 2 or 3 sets. I haven't trained for a long time. I definitely feel not as fit as I used to. It was good training even if I felt tough and insanely sweaty. I should do more like this.

[Slow Down Body Ageing] No Excuse! Today Tried Push-Up, badly done but at least attempted! Inclined Single Leg Bridge is killing my Hamstrings. If you are a runner, you need to train Hamstrings. But so hurt 😂😂

[A half of 2026 has gone] what is your mind?

For me, mentality. My mentality got weaker. I try rebuilding the strength of mentality and the body.

1. Workout for yourself. Build Strong Mind!
2. Don't chase other's successes.
3. Don't stay where you don't fit.
4. Bravely leave people who make you down.
5. Remember no one is 100%happy.
6. Accept sadness, depression
but fight as much as you can

When I think my age, I am surprised when I get this age? You will know what I am saying when you become my age. Not about whining I am old, I am fine actually. Every year, I just hope I stay healthy like this.

The most scariest part of our health is to lose our mental health. Hopefully you get my point!

[My UK life got better] I love running alone, enjoy being solitary. But I love seeing them whom I adore. Meeting good people is very important. Support together, Celebrate their achievements. This will be an unforgettable memory in my life.

[2026 Saucony London 10k, Selfie Part🤣] For me, I felt so difficult. 5 times walked almost every 5km, walked and ran. The slowest time, 1 hour 3 mins. But Still I am proud of myself. I think I still can't get over from the pressures of the race after the marathon. Kind of I don't want the race anymore. I know I will be fine. Just need some time honestly. I AM Proud because I didn't give up. 9km , I walked, someone tapped my shoulder, no walk, run we are almost. I found her and said thank her.
