Legend. šŸ“ Morocco by @h0liday87
i grew up in the woods, telling stories to nobody. i was loud in a quiet place. so i left. and somewhere in the leaving i stopped believing i could do it alone. i got good at telling everybody elseā€™s story instead. it was easier. a story is the most personal thing you can hand somebody. some people tell their own. i think i was scared of what mine would look like finished. the beginning was still there. back before anything had left a mark. i spent a year looking for pieces i didnā€™t know were missing. i went a long way to find things that were already somebodyā€™s. all of this is borrowed. a melody somebody else made. a voice that isnā€™t mine. a child iā€™ve never met. what if it was never about where the pieces came from? itā€™s still mine. Iā€™ve sent my album to a bunch of trusted friends and a handful of them saidā€œHemlockā€ is a sleeper standout. In a time when everyone looks at data, numbers, and strangers insisting on knowing the secrets to anything and everything, I feel grateful to have a group of friends that know (and truly care) about music. Iā€™ve made so many life-long friendships through music and thereā€™s something pure about sharing it with those you love. Iā€™m sharing Hemlock with you today. Album out Nov6 šŸŽ” by @h0liday87

Amazing week of non stop music with a bunch of insanely talented freaks in one of my favorite places to create in the world. I always go into these things a little nervous and come out feeling like I remember why i do this crazy thing and that there are other people who care about it just as much as me. Thanks @neongoldrecords @futures.music @benlovett for always curating the best environments. I have a lot of music to finish now and i need a nap by @h0liday87
This song was started at home then edited and tested in transit all over the world this year. I listened to it a lot in motion and i hope you do too ā‰½ą¼ā‰¼ by @h0liday87
