Haven’t squatted or really lifted in months, it’s inconsistent 99% of the time. I always find excuses between work, kids, the lovely partial tear on my MCL, and just being FUUUCKING exhausted. There really isn’t enough hours in the day. 😂

But, here we are. I said once I stopped breastfeeding it was over for yall… I meant it. What better way to get back into my fitness routine than #squatober.

I didn’t know what my max was, so I was just going off a whim that it could be 185. So glad that at the end of the week they scheduled a max back squat. I got 205, it’s obviously nowhere near what it was a few years back. But hey, we gotta start somewhere 🤷🏻‍♀️

Also can we talk about how fast 195 came up?! taken in Fort Benning, Georgia by @haaaleywass

It’s not everyday you get to pin one of your friends and former sister company drills 🫶🏽

So proud of you and all of your accomplishments, you’re absolutely crushing it!

I had custom coins made for the Airborne students who stand out (thanks to @tripplecccoinz ), the ones who stay motivated, keep pushing, and refuse to quit even when that blue check feels out of reach.

This Soldier in particular motivated me every single day. She sounded off loud enough to make you smile and shake your head, never complained, and has ambitions through the roof. I can’t wait to follow her journey and see where she goes next, because whatever she decides to do, I know she’ll succeed.

Sometimes the students don’t realize how much they motivate the instructors, too. 🪂

Low quality photo, high quality moment. Soaking in all of these nights of her being sweet.

Blakely has been obsessed with books. So we got her a bookshelf “library.” I’ll tell her to go pick a book so we can read, and when we are done, she’ll put it back and grab another one. 🥲

I can’t believe my first baby is about to be 2! Time is truly a thief. Hold your babies tight. 😭 taken in Columbus, Georgia by @haaaleywass
