For over 10 years, fitness has been part of my life not for attention, not for validation, but because it makes me feel alive.
Three years of Ballet Fitness. More than a decade of fitness and bodybuilding. And honestly, I've tried almost every kind of workout out there.
I've never been the type to show everything or talk about every achievement. Most of my journey happened quietly, behind closed doors, with consistency, discipline, and love.
Not every story needs an audience while it's being written. Some stories are meant to be lived first.
بیش از ۱۰ ساله که ورزش بخشی از زندگی منه ،نه برای دیده شدن، نه برای اثبات چیزی به کسی، فقط چون با ورزش خودِ واقعی‌ام رو پیدا می‌کنم
٣سال سابقه تمرین در باله  بیش از ۱۰ سال تمرین در فیتنس و بدنسازی و عضو تيم بسكتبال از ١٠ سالگى  و راستش، تقریباً هر ورزشی که فکرش رو بکنید،حداقل یک بار تجربه کردم.
اما همیشه ترجیح دادم در سکوت تمرین کنم، بدون شوآف، بدون نیاز به تأیید دیگران. بیشترِ این مسیر پشت صحنه گذشت با استمرار، نظم و عشق.
