🍌🐾 Chef Dun is selling “Roti Pisang” (Banana Pancake) today… this is delicious and addictive! Would you get one?

❤️ Home version you can make:

👉🏼 You can get roti prata/ roti canai from the Asia market.

Ingredients:
1: Frozen roti prata/ Roti Canai
2: Banana slice
3: Oil / Butter / Margarine
4: Sugar (optional)

Cooking steps:
1: Let frozen prata sit for 5–10 minutes until soft enough to handle.
2: Lightly rub a bit of oil on your hands and working surface. This prevents sticking when stretching the prata.
3: Gently stretch or press the prata bigger and thinner using oiled hands. Be careful not to tear it.
4: Place banana slices on one side, leaving edges free for sealing.
5: Fold over and press edges tightly to seal like a pocket.
6: Cook on medium heat with a little oil or butter until golden and crispy on both sides.
7: Cut and enjoy warm, crispy outside + soft banana inside 😸🍌

💡 Pro tip:
Using a tiny bit of oil during stretching makes the prata more elastic and easier to shape without tearing 😼✨

ECUADOR 🇪🇨✨ Seco de Chivo (Ecuadorian Goat Stew)

Today, our little travelers arrived in Loja, Ecuador 🇪🇨🐾

And somehow… they decided they were going to catch a goat! 🐐😂

But things didn’t quite go as planned. 🤭

So they headed to the local market instead, where Tabby spotted the perfect goat meat for today’s dish.

Today’s Ecuadorian dish: Seco de Chivo - tender goat meat slowly cooked in a rich, flavorful sauce, served with golden rice, ripe plantain and avocado. 🍚🍌🥑

A warm, hearty taste of southern Ecuador. 🇪🇨✨

ECUADOR 🇪🇨✨ Tortillas de Verde

Today’s adventure started in a plantain grove… 🍌🐾

Tabby was determined to get a plantain down, but it just wouldn’t budge! 😂 So Alfie crouched underneath and let him climb onto his head.

Then suddenly... the plantain, Tabby AND the leaf came crashing down! 🍃💥 Poor Alfie disappeared underneath it all. 😹

After a little teamwork, the two little helpers carried their plantain haul all the way home. 🐾🍌

And that’s when today’s Ecuadorian cooking adventure began… 🇪🇨✨

Tortillas de Verde - crispy golden thick plantain tortillas filled with melty cheese. 🧀🍌 Best enjoyed with a cup of Ecuadorian coffee. ☕🇪🇨

From the plantain grove to the kitchen, these two really do take their food journey seriously. 🤭🐾

Yesterday, they found a tiny kitten alone in the rain. ☔️🐾 Today, someone came back looking for them… 🥹
