Lacy has been my loyal companion for over 13 years, sharing every chapter of my life. Recently, her health has taken a toll, and I’m struggling to afford the care she needs. Your support can help ease this burden. Please consider donating or sharing to help us through this tough time. Every bit helps. Thank you! 🙏❤️🙏

I wanna make something crystal clear:
I. ain't. shit.
Ive made some bad decisions, fucked over some people along the way.
But.
I ain't gonna kill myself over it, I'm not gonna shame myself anymore, the guilt I carried for being born is in the wind.
Now?
I'm doing the work.
I'm making myself bleed in retribution.
Cause I wanna be better.
I wanna get better.
Stronger.
My will is my own and this time around none of you are gonna break it.
You're gonna fear it.
I'm gonna make damn sure this temple shines bright enough to blind you if you're in my way.
Cause now the games changed.
I will bring hell in hand to protect the peace that I found.
In protecting my peace,
I will be
Unstoppable.🔥

So I've been doing this thing recently where I've been using methylene blue to help my brain.
This morning I was taking my medications and doing my routines and had a moment to slow down and observe how cool blue looked floating in water. 😂
I'm sober as bird,
But it was definitely trippy in the moment watching the blue dance in the water so I captured it.
Hope y'all like it!😄

😎😍🔥🤘

I loved my grandma so much with all my heart.
No matter what I was going through she always had love for me. When I was in jail she visited me.
Always rooted for me told me to keep my head up.
Taught me that lying is suicide, and that we must ALWAYS be honest in all that we do.
I'll never forget that.
After everything that I've gone through I'm thankful to have those words in my heart to live by.

None of you are going to want to hear this but we're all clingy little narcissists.
But.
Don't freak out though.
It's okay.
Unfortunately we were LITERALLY made into this.
....
Whatever you went through, whatever you endured.
What didn't kill you.
You survived.
So.
We sought comfort security solace from everything that hurt us needed impenetrable walls us safe right?
Well...
We still haven't healed.
Because we haven't let go.
We're we're clinging on to it all for dear life and decimating anyone who would try to threaten that glass house we put built ourselves into.
You really wanna heal?
You really wanna feel?
Break that glass house break down those walls go outside touch some grass shut the fuck up and listen to this sound of the wind of the trees, the birds the cars the flow of traffic take a deep breath, and then remember how awesome you are.
And how far you've come.
That's it.
Listen to your body.
It knows what it needs.
Follow your heart to get back on track.
Do whatever you got to do.
To love yourself again.
Shut up and noise,
Focus on your wants versus needs,
And get out there and slay Bay!

🥰🤘💪💯🌊 💓😎🔥

The body is smarter than the 🧠 sometimes, it knows what it needs. 😎

Life really is beautiful.

..She'll open up to you,
But only after You've learned to be TRULY honest with yourself.
You can run your schemes all you want,
She's patient.
All I had to do was slow down.
