Over the weekend I competed at @barfightsfc where I was able to pickup my first kickboxing win. So grateful for a platform to display what I’ve been working on over the past few years. I’m also thankful for the coaches and teammates at @mmainstitute.rva who push me everyday. I never anticipated doing this but life has a way of surprising you. On to the next. @cowboydally on the 📷 by @hacobjill

Super grateful to spend the weekend at @upstate_karate. @wonderboy, his pops @raythompson and his brother Tony were very gracious with their time and super welcoming. I would definitely recommend checking out their gym if you can. taken in Upstate Karate Family Martial Arts Center by @hacobjill

Been having a lot fun practicing again. Here’s a songo feel I’m working on I learned forever ago from @mikeslessons. Also shout out @adrienne_glenney for the dope #scottpilgrim tee.

Working on some solo ideas. Excuse the slop, was trying some new things lol. Playing on my new @udrumco snare drum that I was lucky to buy from super dope drummer @xpaulkoehlerx. thing sounds lovely. Happy Saturday.
