I am very excited to announce the release date for my upcoming health book: April 28, 2026. This book began with an idea, and it has been very fulfilling to bring this vision to life. My goal with this book is to help others use nutrition, fitness, and faith to overcome their health challenges naturally and I believe many will benefit. I’ve been fortunate to gain a number of very exciting opportunities related to this book that I’ll share in the following weeks.
