☕️ A reminder from exactly 7 years ago… ❤️ Back then, I was volunteering and had the incredible opportunity to meet some of the world’s top baristas — truly World Class. 🌎🏆 I hope you can recognize them without me tagging them.

That was the moment I quickly fell in love with coffee. Thank you, Melbourne, for the inspiration, the memories, and the passion that started it all. 🇦🇺☕️

I left my corporate job as a business analyst at a top car company and chose to work as a barista for many years.

I’d be lying if I said I never missed the comfort, stability, and career path I had before. There were definitely moments when I wondered if I had made the right decision.

Now, I’m still a barista, but I’m also a community café owner. Running a café is challenging, sometimes exhausting, and definitely not the easy path. But it has also become one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done.

The more I do it, the more I feel that I made the right choice for myself.

I hope we all find the courage to choose a life that feels right—not necessarily the one that looks the best on paper.

From my little break, enjoying my Magic. ☕️

#anzeige How to Reduce Retention ☕️👇

Why it matters?

Retention affects consistency, freshness, and taste ☕️🙏

Here is how :

1) Single-dosing grinders : grind only what you need

2) Blow-out systems : bellows on grinders like X64 SD

3) RDT (Ross Droplet Technique) : add 1–2 drops of water to reduce static

4) Regular cleaning

Hope it helps 🙏
