Swedish smorgastarta / sandwich cake .

One of the most unique recipes i tried this year .
Arrange bread with alternate layers of green layer that is your veggies , pink layer your chicken and yellow layer hard boiled eggs and mayo. Top it with sour cream, cucumber and tomato .

P.s: You can make tomato flowers definitely better than this 😛

Poha

I call it time saver dish. Super simple and easy to make . I added onion, tomato, carrot, peas and mushroom (my fav.) to this version of poha.
Do try!

P. S: This reminds me of mess . It used to be our 4:00pm meal. I still don't understand why people eat it with ketchup. It tastes best with a dash of lemon .
