“Together we are stronger” 🩷 We are so grateful to be the recipients of a Safe Sleep Makeover, made possible by the intrepid team at the National Women’s Shelter Network (@thenwsn) and their amazing philanthropic partners at @mattressfirm ! This morning we got 12 BRAND-NEW mattresses complete with sheets, comforters, pillows, hand-built stuffed animals, and custom sleep kits. AND their team deep-cleaned our bedrooms and bathrooms, and beautified the Children’s Playroom and homework cubbies. It is so powerful to see first-hand the change that is possible when people work together. Thank you to the ladies at NWSN for forging vital connections and driving real change across the country. Thank you to our local MattressFirm team for putting in the work and the dollars to help our residents feel at home. And thanks to all who are in this work with us today and every day. by @hagarshouse

Thank you for all the Hagar’s House Party love last night! YOU raised over $25,000 for Hagar’s House and Project Ishmael. ✨✨ We’re so grateful to be in this work with you. Thank you to the amazing Sabine McCalla, @cristina.kaminis.music , and @theasylumchorusnola for performing. These bands and artists are not only fabulous entertainers, they’re gorgeous humans who are doing so much good in the world. Thank you also, of course, to Mama @sulaspirit, our MC and dear friend. Much gratitude to the FGCA board, volunteers, sponsors, auction donors, @biodegradable_glitter, the @broadsideofficial and all of you! Much love. * See Facebook album (soon) for more pics 📸 — by @hagarshouse
