When life kicks you down, it's time for a nap on the ground...
I'll post when I'm done napping
Stay safe 😊

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Hello there, I hope you're doing well.
It's crazy how much more often I'm drawing when I don't have to work :0

Anyway, here have some traditional art! It's Phil (he/him=) and Sylv (she/her) (again lol) and this time they are having a chill day, not working, probably traveling between two cities. Phil is a city boy but Sylv loves being in wilder area, or even just in the countryside. So of course she wants to climb the apple tree and grab some for her partner. Phil loves watching her do so. And he got to braid her hair before hand.
That's it, not much lore here, they are just having a good time and they will be together forever and always happy.

And with that I'm going to wish you a fantastic day and I hope you are somewhere cozy and fresh, don't forget to drink water and make sure your pets and plants also stay hydrated. Take care, stay safe, see you ! by @hahaitsmalou

Hello you guys, I hope you're doing well!
Happy pride!

Honestly, I was really struggling to find inspiration this year for a pride drawing. I guess, in a sense, I wish everyone was safe enough and in a good place to just enjoy pride month and rest. Thalya is a character that fights a lot for her beliefs and it's unfair she has to fight at her age. It's unfair we all have to fight and struggle.
I almost went for a "ready to revolt" thing (with Sue and Axel on slide 3) but the composition sucked and I didn't feel like challenging myself pose-wise, so wishes for peace and rest it is, even if the message is not that strong.

On slide 2 you get, from top to bottom: Frida, Meo, Dasnia and Tawnya for our LGBT flags. Slide 3 is Sue and Axel ready to defend themselves (they might also be ready to attack, let's be honest). And on slide 4 we have Mas courting Ida because she has the biggest crush on her. I think I only showed Ida once though oops. They are cute together and I love their dynamic but with how often I post you guys might need to wait 5 years before seeing it.
Oh and in my heart of hearts I know Thalya's make up was done by her girlfriend (and since I created them, it is the truth).

Yay that's it. Sending strength your way, be brave and safe. We're all in this together so let's make sure no one is left behind. Kisses on your foreheads, stay safe. by @hahaitsmalou

Hello lovely people all, I hope you're doing well!
A little jester themed drawing of my goofballs for reasons that will be apparent if you participate in Artfight. These designs have been in the making for a long time, I just needed a little boost before coloring and shading them. They might change but here they are!

So, Phil and Sylv are thieves and scammers, and their favorite trick is getting into rich houses, unlocking doors and windows and coming back later. In order to do so, they have many disguises. This is just one of those!
They have a whole little routine, with Sylv tormenting Phil while he tries to juggle. They throw things at each other, and everything! They also sing and play music together, but that's usually later in the evening. The good thing about having a long life is that you can master many skills to pretend to be a silly little guy(/gal).

I imagine Phil would shave for this costume but I had to include a version with beard because he looks so odd clean-shaven.

That's all, I hope you're staying healthy and safe out there. Don't forget to put on sunscreen if you go out in the sun, and drink plenty of water. Take care, stay safe! by @hahaitsmalou

Hello everyone, it's been 82 years but I hope you're doing well!

Dropping by to show you something I drew back in August, so it's been a while.
It's Sylv and Phil! Yes, they have broke into my mind and I cannot get them out and it's still the case today.

I don't know how I feel about this drawing, I feel like I haven't pushed it far enough. It should be way more detailed but I drew it ten months ago, I'm not about to touch it up now or I'll redraw it completely. And I'm too lazy for that!

Now what's happening? Well, Sylv and Phil are burglars. They pretend to be entertainers or nobles or something, and go to balls and parties to investigate rich people's houses. Then they sneak into the houses and take the expensive stuff. And finally, they change city, and only come back ten years later with new disguises and hopefully no one recognizes them. That's their lives! And they love working together.

That's it folks! Let me know what they would steal at your house (or don't, you can keep your secrets). I think Sylv would try to steal my cat, but Phil would stop her... Thanks Phil, I like my cat.

Take care out there, happy pride, be safe! by @hahaitsmalou

Hello everyone, I hope life is treating you kindly!

Ignoring all my responsibilities as well as a couple drawings I finished months ago because I saw this trend and I just had to draw Sylv. She has such a strong grip on my mind it's almost worrying but I love her so much okay.

I also don't feel like explaining the last image yet, let's focus on her and Phil being great partners and amazing friends : D Nothing's wrong in the world ever!
And also now you know why Sylv has many tiny scars, it's moss roots :') Well, most of you probably don't know about the scars but still!

That's it folks, now I really have to work (boo) and be responsible (helpme) and all of that (why)
Take care out there, the world really sucks so fight when you can but remember to rest as well and be kind to yourself.

Hello there,
August is nearing its end and here is my last Artfight attack!

We still don't know who won and I can't wait to know! Go crystals!! But in this drawing we have characters from both teams, and it's a lot of them! I think this would be considered a mass attack since its 9 characters, and it's the first time I drew that many characters in one drawing, especially since they're mostly full bodies.

So who's there? We have Beryl (by @hannahcookart) behind the bar and Juliette (by @shrimplish) as our bar maid. Malachi (by @meadow_cryptid) the dhampir is having a sad drink, but Tariya (by @monsterafeather) and Molly (by @hannahcookart) are enjoying the evening, dancing together. It has inspired Phil (my boy) to invite Kieran (by @little.piece.of.chaos) to dance too. Pauline (by @dionysieart) and Jalofina (by @vihapiiras) stayed at their table, discussing their adventures.

I think I could have detailed the background more but honestly I'm just glad I made the effort of drawing all this! I hope you like it!

Now I'll go back to actually working (which is killing me but that's life) and I hope life is sweet for you. Take care, stay hydrated, text your friends if you feel like it, stay safe. See you!

Hello hello hello! I hope life is treating you kindly!
Another Artfight attack!

This time it's Marcianne, created by the very skilled @chan.works ! Morally ambiguous (maybe sometimes evil) witch that has the most impeccable vibes.
I loved to try to make the vibe witchy and I kinda love what I came up with, especially drawing the bottles! Although I have to admit I ran out of time to fill the bottles with anything but potions :')

That's it for today! I hope you like the vibe haha, and that you're having a good day!
I encourage you to check out @chan.works if you like amazing character design!
Take care, stay safe, see you !

Hello good people, I hope you're doing great
Two new attacks but beware, the second one has blood and a man eating raw flesh!

Who's that? Its Tōva by iwahe (on artfight) and Allen by @tltanlum (TlTANlUM on artfight) !

Tōva was a fun challenge to pose with her four arms, but I think I nailed the badass mean girl pose!
Allen was a struggle and took me soooo long but I really wanted to work on my lineless art skills and I am very happy with how it came out! It's been a month since I drew this and I can see areas I could improve but still, very happy with it! Especially the teeth!

I have two more attacks to post and then back to regularly scheduled program, but I hope you're enjoying these drawings!

That's it for today! Take care, have a good day, stay safe. See you!

Hello lovely people, I hope you're doing well!
I don't spend enough time on IG and keep forgetting to upload my artfight attacks, oops

But here I am! With four new attacks! I decided to regroup all my simpler portraits in one post, I hope you enjoy them!

For the first one we have two for one haha, I drew Maya and Nadine, by the amazing @angry_chicken_man ! I really love these two and their relationship! I went for a more sketchy style (I really was running out of time) and I think it blends super well with digital colors!
The second portrait is of Viraj, by Jas_007 (on artfight) or royal-mapping (on tumblr). I wanted to try my hand at drawing him, especially considering he's covered in very short white fur, but it was way tougher than anticipated! Especially since Jas's style is so amazing!
The third one is the beautiful Janus, by miatartistry (on Artfight, tumblr and toyhouse). I fell in love with her beautiful long hair and I really wanted to draw her, even if only a less ambitious portrait!
And finally we have Edith by Assworms (on Artfight and tumblr). It was really fun trying to convey the idea of hair that has been poorly dyed, I went for a lot of split ends but I should probably have made it less uniform. Anyway, it was fun!

That's it for me today, I have to go back to moving in my new apartment!

Hello there! I hope you're doing well!

Artfight season is over and I've grieved everything I couldn't finish in time so it's time to show you what I did finish!

First attack of the year is Clarice, created by the amazing @carson_draws ! Fun fact, Clarice is the first attack I started working on but Carson attacked me before I could finish it, so this was technically a revenge X) Which is fine by me, especially considering the awesome attack I got!
Go Check @carson_draws out!!
Loved working on Clarice, she is so so cool, I'll never be as cool. I had so many ideas of how to draw her but it felt appropriate drawing her just chilling.

Okay, get ready for a couple artfight posts before I go back to my own OCs, but I'll try not to drag it out too long. Still, I'm super happy with how this one came out so I hope you like it too!

Take care, stay safe, see you!

Hello lovely people! I hope you're having a joyful and safe pride month
🤍🩷🩵❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

This year I've gone all out and I drew a fairly complex illustration to celebrate pride! I will not say how many hours I spent on this because I don't want to know, I'd be terrified probably. It was a lot though!

Who's on the drawing? First, you should know that it was hard to pick who to include. So, from left to right we have:
Socrate (she/her, trans), Thalya (she/her, bi), Maskilia (she/her, lesbian), Maryi (he/him, aroace), Tawnya (he/him, trans and gay).
I tried to pick characters I've posted about before, and have one person for each of the "main" letters (and aroace, I couldn't help myself).
I wanted to add other characters of mine in the background but when I reached that point I couldn't be bothered anymore X)

On slide 3 and 4 I've also added a "gay chart", by which I mean a table of my OCs identity. The first one is only with people I feel like I've talked about a bit, and the second one is with more beans, most of them I don't expect you to recognize X) I actually didn't go through my full list of OCs, but just like with the background, it was too much. I was kinda surprised with how many lesbian characters I have. And so many blond gay men? Also I think I tend not to write or disclaim my characters identity so it's kinda neat having that here. I might add a comment with all the names if you're curious.

Okay, let me know what you think of the illustration (or chart?). I've also added a version with the reference I've used in case you're curious, I've just searched "cart group photo" and added Socrate. I have spent a lot of time on this so I'd love to know your thoughts!

I know the world is super scary and fricked up these days, and that a lot of people are having a hard time. I do hope you can find community, and that even if you're not out you know that you're not alone. There is much to improve on yet, but we'll get there. Sending a lot of strength and I hope you'll find some joy to brighten your days.

Take care, stay safe, be gentle with yourself, know that you are worthy of love.
See you 💛 by @hahaitsmalou

Hello there, I hope you're doing well!
Who's excited for Artfight??

For those who don't know, Artfight is an annual art gifting game. In this game, you pick a team and draw "attacks" in the form of fanart of other people's original characters. There's a whole system to calculate points and everything but it's mostly a great opportunity to have fun, find cool OCs, and get better at art!

I'm pretty sure most of the people who read the description under my posts know about artfight already, so let me know which team you're in this year? Do you feel ready? I'm freaking out a little bit but I'm sure it'll be a lot of fun once again!
