finally got the chance to explore this beautiful & unique place, deep within southern Utah.

the adventure to get here was quite the trek, starting with the drive, followed by the navigation on trail and loads of water we had to carry in. It is a little late in the season to backpack into this epic spot, given the scorching temperatures, and very exposed trails, but it was so worth it and I’m glad we did it!

Finally made it out to this incredible place - white sands.

The only expectations i had going to this land full of sand, was to have a sandy crack and most likely be blasted by wind at some point. But man, did white sands national park exceed my expectations. It truly was so breathtaking in every direction you looked, the endless dune layers as far as the eye could see, textures on textures, golden- glistening sparkles on the white sand during sunset, gorgeous mountain ranges off to the distance and of course a sandy crack, sandy dog and a very sandy van, that still won’t get clean no matter how many times i sweep. Overall, white sands definitely blew my mind and I’m so glad i finally got the opportunity to enjoy it. taken in White Sands National Park by @haiileyy.h

Page Arizona is one of my top favorite locations to explore. Filled with diverse landscapes, geology, ancient history and ever changing - naturally eroding red rocks, beautiful, vast canyons and endless exploring to be had. Arizona in general is such a beautiful state, but the Northern Territory, is something special and worth visiting.

During my visit in Page Arizona, I got to stay with @roam_america which acted like a base camp, for all our daytime activities and adventures while exploring the area. Located right in the midst of gorgeous red rock, with endless views of sacred Navajo mountains, canyons and lake Powell right at our campsite.

Even though the campground @roam_america alone, deserves an award for great amenities, fast wifi for us working nomads, being super dog friendly, wonderful staff (shout out TJ at the front desk) and adventures only a rock throw away, they also provide some of the best local small partners to make your visit to Page Arizona a memorable one, while staying at their campground. To top all of that, they are located only 6 minutes down the road from the iconic Horseshoe Bend. They Offer stay packages including local tours with guides and fun excursions; @shundiincanyontours for Antelope Canyon, Atvs, lake Powell boat rides, horseshoe bend tours and a few others!

We had the opportunity to explore Antelope Canyon with @shundiincanyontours Erwin & Amelia, who made our canyon experience THAT much better. Being local Navajo natives and a very long family history of living on the homeland of lower antelope, we learnt so much history about their people, culture and they shared many stories with us.
Truly, a lovely time with lovely people.

still one of my favorite waterfalls in Oregon🌱🌲🩵

This day the air was soooo Smokey from fires that the colors of the lush moss and greenery were exaggerated immensely, it created the most neon colors everywhere, with a very yellow hazy glow in the sky which reflected onto everything creating a very diffused light to the forest. !

This year has been nothing short of transformative -
a whirlwind of emotions, challenges, and lots of unforgettable moments. It’s been the most emotionally challenging yet rewarding & freeing year of my life yet.

I’ve faced so many obstacles that tested my strength, Some days felt impossibly heavy, but every struggle revealed a lesson. the deep heartbreak i experienced brought clarity, rediscovery and every tear shed, watered the new seeds for growth and rebirth.

amidst all the storms - trials and tribulations, this year also brought me lots of adventure and experiences. From exploring breathtaking landscapes with my pup, re-visiting my favorite locations in the desert, hiking and backpacking through vast canyons, creating new friendships, exploring new countries, discovering new hobbies and passions, pushing limits, I reconnected with the beauty of the world, my Creator and myself.

I’ve learned over again - that life’s greatest rewards come from building deep connections with others, embracing challenges, finding meaning in our experiences that evoke profound joy, growth, and purpose. Having spiritual fulfillment, rooted in love, gratitude, and perseverance, even when the waters feel deep 🤍 God is so good.
