The Freak Squad😎

Oops, forgot to post the whole party portrait! Here’s my entire dnd party, including my two NPC companions💖 Complete with (mostly) biblically accurate heights and two battle axes that I accidentally used the same reference for and thus are the exact same weapon🙊🪓

Here’s my final (for now) portrait for my dnd group! This is Peri, my NPC that has been in all four iterations of my homebrew campaign💖 She is a desert elf barbarian, little sister of Captain Sarielle (leader of the resistance against the tyrannical king and employer of the party) but is really just here to be awkward and kick ass. She accompanies the party on big missions and prefers to communicate with her fists than with words, though really she’s just a big softie. She is my baby and I love her so💖💖💖

The last slide is my first drawing of her (I think?) from like 2022-ish. She has gone through many art style and design changes but her being a big strong barbarian muscle mommy will never change lol

This is the final player portrait for my campaign!🎉 Omg that was so much work 😂 but this was such a fun project and I’m so glad I got to draw these wonderful characters! I love my players so much 🥹🥹

Last but not least, this is Vic (Victoria,) changeling bard and party theater kid🔥 Her changes include Dwayne “The Pebble” Johnson and the king’s catatonic sister, but this is her true form. Recent antics include accidentally dropping an elderly Dragonborn man over a balcony (thus literally breaking his back) and buying sweet drip at the thieve’s syndicate thrift store while Yzl fought literal demons 👹

Imma draw one more NPC for this project and then move on, but thanks for all of the support on my campaign artworks! DMing is one of my favorite hobbies (cough full time job cough) and it’s so rad being able to see these guys outside of our collective theater of the mind. I love dnd haha✨

This is Dimble, gnome bard, recent warlock and party normie🔥 Recent antics include getting his soul sold to an incubus by Lysander (thus being forced to become a pact of the fiend warlock) and rolling a nat 1 to descend a solid gold pyramid and being a single hit point away from perma-death fall damage 💀 Also recently became 6 inches taller due to a cute little wild magic situation, so his pants are purposefully a lil short 😘

This is Yzl, our triple-cursed enby and perpetually exhausted desert elf paladin of Bahamut. Recent antics include dipping their evil sentient shield into a blood fountain of the Raven Queen (with dire consequences) and literally never going a single session without rolling a natural 1. They are the only member of The Freak Squad™️ that’s morally good, which does not help their constant eepiness. Poor buddy needs a break lmao 🫩

Not a player portrait, but this is my NPC Razzmatazz! Razz is a little mischievous fey boy who is the “son” (clone) of Doctor Razzmatazz, the archfey of the Labyrinth the party found themselves in. He is clone # 503, and helped the party through the Labyrinth with “Razz Tickets” that they could turn in for help when they needed it.

Though the party found Razz wearing a potato sack due to his unloving father, they dressed him in a yellow tuxedo they had previously found and now he is dressed to the nines 🔥💛 Said tuxedo will be in the official party portrait later on!

Portrait # 3 is Karliah, our Drow Rogue, magic bean master, and resident arsonist psychopath🫘 Recent antics include summoning a pyramid with a magic bean in an underground cavern while fighting a false Hydra, and burning down the King’s childhood home, but there are so many that I couldn’t possibly fit them in an Instagram caption lol. Voted “most likely to be killed by a fellow player” but has yet to see serious consequences for her MANY nefarious actions lol

Pose is from @adorkastock ! The weird pink in the bg of pic 1 is from accidentally leaving the lineart on reference mode and I’m too lazy to fix it lol (it’s kinda cool?)
