You’re not expected to be able to execute the most advanced option of every movement perfectly!

Is being able to reach towards the ground an essential life skill? Absolutely. Is it a skill we loose if we don’t practice it? Absolutely.

This is movement for real life. Picking up your kids, the grocery bags, the laundry basket. All things we need to be able to do without our low back doing all of the work 🧺

In Pilates, we intentionally layer, modify, and provide options so that you can find movement that feels good for you. As you get stronger with practice, your movement gets to grow with you, preparing you for all of your real life situations 🌎 by @hailee.prentice

So much to be thankful for 💌🦃

My life is filled with abundance and wealth in all of the right ways. Extending gratitude today for:

• Having a capable body that allows me to do a job I love & share my passion with others
• Our community of people who show up every single week to move, learn, & grow together
• My support system that makes all of this possible

And so, so much more 🖤 by @hailee.prentice

No problem, we have a modification for that! 🧚‍♀️

When we say “Pilates meets you where you’re at,” we aren’t just talking about your fitness level. We’re talking about injuries, limitations, and all of the other things you may be experiencing in your body. 🤕

Your workout should fit you, not the other way around. Same movement, different set up. Tailoring your workout to what actually feels good. 💌 by @hailee.prentice

Same movements, different levels 🧘‍♀️

Pilates isn’t about taking the most challenging option. It’s about nailing your form, moving with control & precision, and connecting breath to it all. Once we can do all of that at level one, we take it a step further 🪡

The key to coaching all levels in one room? Layering ✨

We start at level one where you’ll build your foundation - form, breath, & connection. We build from there, layer after layer. You get to take the challenge your body is ready for, and leave the rest behind 🧱
