i’ve put off making this post for a little now. sad is the biggest understatement i could make about my softball career coming to an end. although basketball was always my top choice of a sport, it never meant softball meant any less to me. the love i have for this game was truly something so special and spectacular, just like the people i met through it. i played for many different coach’s and with even more girls and i can safely say i would not be who i am without those amazing people. every person i met through softball loved me through thick and thin and truly believed in me, more than i believed in myself most of the time. my gratitude not only for those people, but for the game will forever be something unmatched. i will miss playing so much, but what i will miss even more is the incredible memories and people who i get to call not only my best friends, but family. so thank you to everyone coach, every parent, and every teammate for doing things for me that i can’t even put into words. special thanks to the multiple big men upstairs for constantly watching over me, putting your faith into me, and still showing up no matter what.

Four years filled with countless memories and many best friends, all due to one game I’ll forever love.

Thank you to every last teammate, coach, and parent who always gave me their full faith and trust and not only saw, but appreciated how much passion I had for the game.
